Infrastructure Income

This separately managed account program is a joint venture between ELCO Management Co., LLC (ELCO) and Siegel Asset Management (SAM). It is a proprietary investment strategy in which SAM is the subadvisor and ELCO the manager.

Siegel Asset Management was founded by Yves Siegel, CFA in 2020. Yves has had a distinguished career analyzing and investing in the energy infrastructure industry.

The Infrastructure Income Strategy seeks to provide sustainable income and growth in conjunction with capital preservation. This is accomplished by investing in a concentrated portfolio of high-quality midstream energy companies/master limited partnerships (MLPs), utilities, renewable energy companies and special situations. These companies operate and own essential energy infrastructure that generate stable and durable cash flows.

While investing primarily in common equities, the strategy will reduce risk and enhance returns by investing across the capital structure; i.e., preferred equities and bonds and may opportunistically utilize options. Up to 20% of the portfolio may be invested in special situations that complement the strategy and meet the portfolio management’s risk and financial criteria.
