The Core Equity portfolio is a proprietary investment product managed by the principals of ELCO Management.
The ELCO preferred equity/fixed income strategy provides diversified and dynamic exposure across the investment grade, high yield, agency fixed income and preferred equity markets as well as strategic opportunities in closed end funds. The strategy’s primary focus is on price sensitive movements in assets to generate current and future returns. The investments may include securities issued by domestic and foreign governments, corporate entities, and trust structures.
The portfolio may invest in a broad array of securities, including: securities issued or guaranteed as to principal or interest by the U.S. government or any of its agencies or instrumentalities; inflation-linked debt securities; municipal securities; corporate bonds; commercial paper; mortgage-backed securities and other asset-backed securities, and loans.
